About Greg Harris
Gregory Harris, President of GL Associates, has a uniquely wide range of experience in managing and building business units domestically and globally. His strong customer relationships in the C Suite, often had him advising market and product direction with his global accounts and executive management within the organisations he worked. Early in his career he ran major accounts for the Atlantic region of IBM and Domestically for Wang Computers. He served as Mid-Western General Manager for Wang Computers before leaving them for Ault Incorporated in the 90's. While at Ault and SL Power Electronics, Gregory was the executive manager responsible for the integration of acquisitions into Ault. He was responsible for process improvements and team building in marketing, customer service and engineering. He directed the resolution and integration of sales territories, rep companies and secondary channels (distribution/agents) over the course of multiple acquisitions and integrations . Additionally he was the customer facing executive for all issues (delivery, quality, support) during the transitions and eventual shut downs of unneeded facilities. He was promoted from Sales VP to Sales and Marketing VP and finally Global Vice President. In these roles he opened China Business offices, worked as General Manager for Ault du Brazil, and ran European operations. He was responsible for the integration of CRM systems, product life cycle planning, and the development of SIOP processes to integrate business systems with manufacturing in the U.S. and Asia. These process improvements gave valuable management information for leveraging resources for strategic accomplishment of EBITDA goals. He understands customers and their market requirements, and responds by directing and developing processes and solutions to meet their needs, Quid Pro Quo.
